They gave me the option of 'settling' them and I ended up giving them N2000 because I was seriously pressed for time

Detail: police held me for tinted glassess which was factory tinted. they demanded for N50,000 but i eventually gave N3,500 after I had called the DPO who requested i see him. The call i put to the dpo scared them and they demanded for beer money which i gave N3,500.

Detail: A colleague, Mrs Comfort Oluyemi, whom I came to know through a mutual friend informed me that she had contacts with the Chairman of FERMA and the 1st Lady and that she could assist me in getting a contract with the NDDC. She asked that I provide 5 million Naira facilitation fee but I negotiated to pay 1 million to get the job for both of us. She told me that the job was ready and all I needed to do was pay the money so I paid it into her account and was expecting a call any day to confirm the contract but no calls came. Since that time I haven't seen the woman. I have contacted her several times to find out what happened but she kept giving excuses until finally I threatened to report her then she gave me a post dated cheque. When the date on the cheque arrived and I went to cash it, I was told by the bank that there was only 13,000 Naira in the account. Around this point in time the woman became unreachable, her phones dead, her whereabouts unknown and I still haven't received my money!
